Canada Bloom does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is processed and mailed, and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Shipping Methods
Economy Shipping (delivery in 2-6 business days)
The deadlines above apply for all provinces in Canada. Shipments to U.S.A. travel by parcel post and will arrive in two to four weeks.
Economy shipping is our most affordable method for sending your order to you. Orders that ship Economy will arrive in two to six business days. Your order may arrive in separate packages if your order contains multiple items.
Faster shipping (3-day, 2-Day and Standard Overnight)
Options for faster shipping can be selected during the ordering process on the phone. Orders must be placed by 2 p.m. EST on a week day in order to ship the same day, and fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the item(s) you're ordering. Delivery does not occur on weekends or holidays. A physical address is required.
Items shipped directly from our suppliers
If your order includes an item that is shipped directly from one of our suppliers, that item will arrive separately from other items you have ordered. Faster shipping options are generally not available for these items, except as noted in the product descriptions.
Additional handling charges on large items
Some of our larger items carry an additional handling charge. These charges will be mentioned during the ordering process with an agent.
